Customizing Your Allocation
Spring Allocations open on Wednesday, April 9th. Please look out for an email once we open up your wine club allocation online. Once the package opens, you'll have the power to customize the wines in your allocation online within your membership portal. If you prefer to customize in person, you may visit us at our winery in Santa Rosa. Please finalize your selections by April 27th as we will be processing the payments the week of April 28th. If no customization is made, the default allocation will be alloated to you.

Once customization opens, log in to your account and navigate to “My Wine Clubs” in the upper right corner dropdown. Here you can edit your billing and shipping details. On the right side click “View Packages” to customize your order.

Pick-up
We invite you for wine tasting – always complimentary to our wine club members. We are currently open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm, featuring Cibo Rustico Pizzeria’s menu. Click here to make a reservation. Curbside pickup is also available daily with prior arrangement.
Visit us in the tasting room before April 27th to taste our
wines and customize your allocation. Visit us after April 28th to enjoy a
complimentary appetizer when pick up your allocation, courtesy of Cibo Rustico Pizzeria, through the end of May.
Shipping
If you have specified ‘shipping’ to be your preferred delivery method, we will be processing shipments at the same time we process your order. Orders will start to ship in September.
Any of the following changes or additional information should be relayed to us before we ship your wine: If you need to modify your shipping address or any shipping information, if you prefer to add ice-packs, or if you have any special shipping instructions.
Depending on your shipping state we will be adding the appropriate shipping rate and taxes.
Please be aware that you responsible for any charges incurred for returned shipments or reshipment. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the carrier scans your package. Your wine will be delivered about five to fourteen (5- 14) business days after being shipped. For further details please contact us.
