Customizing Your Allocation

Fall Allocations open on Friday, September 4th. Please look for an email indicating we've opened your wine club allocation. Once the package opens, you'll be able to customize the wines in your allocation online through your membership portal. If you prefer to customize in person, you may visit us at our winery in Santa Rosa. Please finalize your selections by Sunday, September 20th, as we will process payments the week of September 21st. If no customization is made, the default selection will be allocated to you.

Once customization opens, log in to your account and navigate to “My Wine Clubs” in the upper right corner dropdown. Here you can edit your billing and shipping details. On the right side, click “View Packages” to customize your order.

We invite you for wine tasting – always complimentary for our wine club members. Visit us in the tasting room now through  Sunday, September 20th, to taste our wines and customize your allocation. We are currently open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm, along with periodic Thursday and Friday evenings, featuring Cibo Rustico Pizzeria’s menu. Click here to make a reservation.

Curbside pickup is also available daily with prior arrangement.

If you plan on picking up your allocation during our Annual Harvest Party (see below for details), please let us know in advance so we can have your order packed and ready for you in advance.

If you have recently joined our wine club or have already picked up your fall allocation, you may disregard these allocation details.

If you have specified ‘shipping’ to be your preferred delivery method, we will be processing shipments at the same time we process your order. Orders will start to ship in October.

Any of the following changes or additional information should be relayed to us before we ship your wine: If you need to modify your shipping address or any shipping information, if you prefer to add ice-packs, or if you have any special shipping instructions.

Depending on your shipping state, we will be adding the appropriate shipping rate and taxes.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any charges incurred for returned shipments or reshipment. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the carrier scans your package. Your wine will be delivered about 5- 14 business days after being shipped. Please note that someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for your wine upon delivery.
