Add an Italian cultural experience for your children this Summer break, including culinary arts, bocce ball, Italian story time, arts and crafts, music and dancing, and more.
Includes a snack and gelato each day.
Monday - Thursday, 10 am - 2 pm
(Aftercare available until 3:30pm)
Ages 5-11
$350 per child per week
or $95 per day
10% discount per sibling
Limited to 24 children. Cooking sessions will be in smaller groups.

Requirements
Ages 5-12. Children must be potty trained.
Please send your child with a lunch each day. Wear closed toe comfortable shoes. Children with long hair should have a way to pull hair back while cooking.

Culinary Menu
Guided by our professional chef instructor, your child will learn basic food prep skills, kitchen safety, and cooking and baking techniques. Your child will have hands-on experience preparing and cooking homemade pasta with marinara sauce, antipasto and italian soda made from fresh fruit syrup, pesto with peas over pasta, biscotti cookies, and of course - pizza!

Daily Rhythm Example
10-10:15am: Greet eachother in Italian and check-in.
10:15-11:15am: Main Culinary Class
11:15-11:45am: Snack Break
11:45-12:15pm: Italian Story Time
12:15-12:45pm: Lunch and Gelato
12:45-1:15pm: Bocce Ball
1:15–2pm: Arts and Crafts
2-3:30pm: Optional Aftercare
Basic Italian language will be incorporated into activities throughout the day.
