A hands on culinary art and wine experience great for date night, team bonding, company retreats, or personal enrichment. Chef Instructor Giovanna Ligon will guide you through traditional Italian family recipes. Recipes will be provided at the end of each class; refine your skills at home and recreate your favorite dishes for friends and family.

Description
You will be guided through generational Italian family recipes by our professional Italian chef and instructor, Giovanna Ligon. Learn new skills, and cooking and baking techniques. You will have hands-on experience preparing and cooking an array of traditional recipes from homemade pasta to our favorite biscotti cookies. See menu below for more details.
This class will be held at our sister restaurant Cibo Rustico Pizzeria. We will be cooking together and ending the class with a delicious meal, made by you. Wine is included for those over 21 to enjoy complimentary.

Requirements
Ages 18+. Must be 21+ to consume wine.
Please wear closed toe shoes. Long hair should be pulled back during this course. Bring your cooking apron.
